HOUSEHUNTERS have slammed a studio flat listed for £1,050 a month as ‘greedy’ and looking like a ‘garden shed’.
The wooden-looking hut is a renovated outhouse located behind another home in Bristol.
Shocked viewers claimed the listing was “appalling” and said the price tag was “unjust”.
Inside, the flat has a fitted kitchen with integrated appliances, widescreen TV and a one-person dining table – despite the listing claiming it would ‘suit a couple’.
There is also a compact shower cubicle, sink and toilet.
The flat also promises ‘all-inclusive rent’ meaning utilities are included in the price.
However, the advert claims internet access would come with an additional cost for future tenants.

One said: “This is terrible. It’s up for rent for over £1k a month.
“It actually recommended a couple! It’s a flipping shed. The rental market has gone bonkers in Bristol.
“Feel so sorry for young people especially when they are looking to leave home.
“The market is making it impossible for them to live in their own city.”
Others said the cost was “appalling” and “horrible”.
