BRITS looking to get a tan in comfort this summer might want to buy some garden furniture for when the weather picks up.

With the nation set to enjoy a mini-heatwave next week and temperatures set to reach a balmy 20C, you might want to get yours now and beat the rush.

We've picked six of the best outdoor furniture sets for when the weather picks up

You’ll also be able to invite people over to make themselves comfortable on your haul from March 29, as lockdown restrictions ease further.

Six people – or two households – can mix outdoors, so Brits can finally host garden parties and barbecues again in their back garden.

But many furniture sets can be a little pricey, so it’s hard to know where to get the cheapest deal.

We’ve found six sets that look great, but won’t break the bank:

Argos – Argos Home 6 Seater Rattan Effect Sofa Set – Dark Grey

This could be a great choice for bigger families

It may be the priciest on our list of picks, but for £350, this sofa set from Argos can seat six people – so it’s great for big families.

It comes with two chairs, two stools and a sofa that sits two people.

We couldn’t spot the same set going for much cheaper elsewhere.

But this similar looking sofa and chair set on Amazon which can seat four people might be better if you’re looking for something smaller.

Also, it’s £110 cheaper at £240, so it’s wallet-friendly.

Habitat – 2 Seater Wicker Barrel Bistro Set – Charcoal

This set could look very zen in the back garden

This set of chairs from Habitat is going for £180 – and we think they look very chic.

It reminds us a little bit of Aldi’s sell-out hanging egg chair – so if you missed out on bagging one earlier this month, this could make for a nice replacement.

The table also has a lid, so you can store blankets in there if it turns a little chilly –  or keep your booze cool on hot days.

We couldn’t see a set like this for less anywhere else.

But for £20 more, you could get this similar version in a lighter colour on Amazon if you want something a little brighter.

B&Q – Denia Wooden 4 seater Dining set with Standard chairs

This more traditional set could be a great option for you

If you’re looking for something a little more traditional, this wooden dining set from B&Q could be a good option.

It comes with four study looking chairs and a table, and looks like it could be great for dining al fresco in the summer evenings.

However, we spotted that this slightly darker brown version from IKEA was going for £120 – over £100 cheaper.

Marks & Spencer – Lois 4 Seater Garden Table and Chairs

Want to add a splash of colour to your garden? These teal-coloured table and four chairs from Marks & Spencer could help.

They’re made out of metal, and a powder coating has been added to protect the set from tarnishing or losing its bright colour.

However, if the colour is putting you off, this grey metal dining set from Robert Dyas could be a better choice – and at £280, it’s also nearly £20 cheaper.

Wayfair – Hale 4 Seater Sofa Set

We think this set looks simple yet elegant

If you like the modern look, this black sofa set from Wayfair might be a nice addition to your garden.

It’s weather resistant, so you can leave them in your garden all way round – which could be ideal for those looking for something low maintenance.

But if you think that looks a little dull, you could head to Argos and buy this bright yellow Habitat metal sofa set for £60 less at £200.

IKEA – JUTHOLMEN (four piece sofa set)

This sofa set looks like it could be comfy

This set from IKEA comes with a two-seater sofa, two chairs and a table for  £335.

They come with cushions as well, so if you’re looking for comfort, this could be a good option.

However, for nearly £100 cheaper, you could get this similar looking set from Amazon for £240.

They also come with cushions, so you wouldn’t be skimping on comfort by switching.

Lidl has launched an outdoor play range which is perfect for Easter with sandpits, playhouses and slides from just £1.99.

Here’s a round up of the cheapest BBQs we’ve spotted including charcoal, gas and disposable ones.

You’ll be able to put your new garden hauls to good use as you can have people over for a BBQ by the end of March.
