A number of stations will also undergo temporary rebrands as well.

It’s always good to stay on top of the latest changes so you don’t miss your favourite shows.

Especially as channel numbers move around.

Here are all the Sky channel launches, changes and closures to be aware of in March.

Sky TV guide: New channels in March

There are two new channels coming to Sky in March.

Firstly, a music channel called Chart Show Retro which features videos from the 80s and onward.

Another channel coming to Sky this month is GREAT! Real, devoted to everything real life, such as Heathrow: Britain’s Busiest Airport, Paddington Station 24/7, Island Medics, Emergency Rescue: Air, Land and Sea; and Coast Guard Alaska.

March 4

  • Chart Show Retro – 360 (Sky satellite only)

March 20

  • GREAT! Real – exact channel number yet to be confirmed

Unfortunately one channel will disappear from Sky boxes this month.

Young kids station Tiny POP is going digital only, so it won’t be on any traditional linear TV platform like Sky, Virgin Media, Freeview or Freesat.

The good news is, you will still be able to stream it via the following alternatives:

  • LG Channels
  • Netgem
  • Samsung TV Plus
  • YouTube
  • POP Player

  • ​Sky Sci-Fi & Horror renames to Sky UltSci-Fi / SkyUltSci-FiHD (temporary change) – Satellite 311, Glass/Stream 311
  • ​Sky Hits changes name to SkyMichaelMann and MichaelMannHD (temporary change) – Satellite 303, Glass/Stream 303
  • ​Sky Family renames to Sky Kids Books and SkyKidsBooksHD (temporary change) – Satellite 306/850, Glass/Stream 306

March 4

  • Sky Biopics renames to Sky Greats / Sky Greats HD (reverting from a temporary change) – Satellite 304/849, Glass/Stream 304

  • That’s 90s moves from 366 to 367 on satellite only

  • Sky Cinema Action changes name to Action Heroes / ActionHeroesHD (temporary change) – Satellite 307/851, Glass/Stream 307
  • ​Sky Greats renames to SkyStatham / SkyStathamHD (Temporary change) – Satellite 304/849, Glass/Stream 304
