FORTNITE is getting ready to release yet another new update and while this may mean good news, it comes at a small cost as thousands are experiencing issues.
It’s almost time for Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2 to drop on the map after a lengthy wait and a spectacular live event – but fans will have to wait a while to play.
Gamers have been facing downtime for Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2 update v29.00 since 1 am PT/ 3 am ET/ 8 am GMT on March 8, 2024.
The upcoming season, dubbed Myths and Mortals, is expected to add fresh material to the game inspired by Greek mythology.
Several teases have been leaked ahead of the new season, including potential new skins.
While Epic Games doesn’t have a track record of confirming when downtime ends, past events indicate that it will take a few hours for the servers to be back up.
