The former Olympic and world champion sprinter Tori Bowie died in her home due to complications from childbirth, according to an autopsy report obtained by USA Today Sports.

The 32-year-old was found dead at her home in Orlando, Florida, in May after the local sheriff’s department said they went “for a well-being check of a woman … who had not been seen or heard from in several days.” A cause of death was not released at the time.
