Follow these twinkling tips to plan one on a budget . . . 

LOCATION LOCATION: Head out of towns and cities to find the most suitable spot.

Wear waterproof clothes and take a waterproof mat plus piles of blankets to huddle under.

White light from a phone or normal torch makes it harder.
