The detached Victorian home boasts three reception rooms, two bathrooms, a huge back garden and a basement.
While it seems desirable and would make a great family home, the inside of it is in complete disrepair.
Needing “substantial renovation due to have structural defects” the fairly decent price tag now means nothing – once all the improvement costs have been added up.

Ripped wallpaper hangs from around the lounge fireplace with some rooms having holes in the roof.
But the inside isn’t what’s baffling people.
A sprawling mass of green leaves covering the roof is hard to miss as it covers all of it.
Roots can also be seen along the edge of the windows from the landing.

A sign reading ‘Danger keep out’ is on the windows and fencing around the outside – as estate agents struggle to get control of the tree.
And experts Acorn said they have not been able to access the basement “due to safety reasons.”
One home hunter joked: “£800,000 for this dilapidated house with ceilings and walls falling apart.
“And what looks like a tree growing out of the roof.
“London prices truly are a joke.”
The description for the property – advertised on Rightmove – reads: “A unique opportunity to acquire this detached Victorian freehold building, which requires substantial renovation due to having structural defects.
“However offers an incredible opportunity to transform into an amazing family home or multiple units, subject to planning permission.
“The building itself comprises five-bedrooms, and three-reception rooms.
“The building has suffered from subsidence and water ingress, and now requires extensive structural and refurbishment works.
“Potential appears to exist for extension and creation of a larger family home, conversion to apartments, change of use to a surgery or nursery or comprehensive redevelopment, subject to planning permission.
“The accommodation is arranged over the basement, ground and two upper floors.
“We were unable to inspect or measure the basement due to safety reasons.
