THERE are a number of incredible games coming out in the first half of 2024, and fans can’t wait to get their hands on them.
Eagle-eyed PlayStation fans were able to get their hands on an upcoming exclusive early, and were wowed by what they played.

On Saturday, (March 9, 2024) a 45-minute long demo of Stellar Blade was silently uploaded onto the PlayStation Store.
People were able to play the first section of the game and get to grips with the combat, learn more about the characters, and get a feel for the game.
However, the demo was removed from the store after just a few hours, and even the licenses for it have been revoked.
This means that even if you downloaded the demo, you would no longer be able to play it.

It is likely that the demo was uploaded in error, and that it is planned to be released at a later date.
Despite this, many fans were disappointed that they would not be able to play Stellar Blade immediately given how well received it was by fans.
Those who had a chance to play the demo before were surprised and delighted by the combat.
While Stellar Blade is marketed as an action adventure game, players praised how it implements strategic combat based on dodges and parries like a soulslike game.

Players on social media called the protagonist Eve’s combat style “graceful” and claimed it is more complex than “button mashing”.
A number of PlayStation fans commented on Eve’s character design, and were very impressed by some of the more provocative outfits she can wear.
Stellar Blade officially launches on April 26, 2024, but it seems likely that there will be a full demo release before then.
