The family of Elianne Andam say they have been left broken by her killing but that her funeral will be a celebration of her life because she “liked to bring joy to people’s lives”.
The 15-year-old girl died after being stabbed during the morning rush hour at a bus stop outside Whitgift shopping centre on Wellesley Road in Croydon, south London, on 27 September. A 17-year-old boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has been charged with her murder.
