Late goals from Raheem Sterling and Harry Kane delivered a 2-0 victory for England over Germany in their Euro 2020 last-16 game at Wembley.

Sterling made the breakthrough after 75 minutes, finishing off a fine team move by turning in Luke Shaw’s cross for his third goal of the tournament. Thomas Müller missed a huge chance for Germany to equalise five minutes later, firing wide of Jordan Pickford’s far post when clean through on goal.
