Thomas Waring charged with possession of a prohibited weapon and two others arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to murder
Three people have been arrested on suspicion of murder after Elle Edwards was shot dead in a pub last Christmas Eve.
The 26-year-old beautician was killed at the Lighthouse pub in Wallasey, Wirral.
