New York judge holds former president in contempt of court for failing to comply with a subpoena for documents
A New York judge on Monday held Donald Trump in contempt for failing to comply with a subpoena for documents in the state attorney general’s civil investigation into his business practices.
Letitia James earlier this month asked a state judge to hold Trump in contempt of court for not turning over documents she subpoenaed for her civil investigation into the former US president’s business practices.
