THE quaint home of Doc Martin in the ITV series has had its price slashed by £100,000.
Grade II Listed Fern Cottage in Port Isaac, Cornwall, was put up for sale in April for £1.25million but the asking price has now been reduced.
It has been used in the comedy drama as the home and GP surgery of doctor Martin Ellingham, played by Martin Clunes, for the last 18 years.
The two-bed home boasts “uninterrupted sea and harbour views”.
The current owner lets it out to holidaymakers and it is being sold with all forward bookings.
It has a stunning stone fireplace, dining room with a log-burner and a galley kitchen.
The picturesque fishing village was also used as a setting for Poldark.
Doc Martin has been a staple on ITV since 2004.
Filming is under way on the last series.
