Top Federal Reserve officials have been driving home in comments that they see no looming shift in the central bank’s bond buying stimulus campaign, suggesting the effort will remain in place under its current terms through this year.

“Now is not the time to be talking about exit” when it comes to the central bank’s efforts to support the economy, Fed Chairman Jerome Powell said in a virtual appearance on Thursday.
