A STRICT dad has left his kids a list of unbreakable rules before they can see a penny of his £3million fortune.

Siam Kidd, 37, has vowed his two sons will not have any access to his millions until they prove themselves to be successful business owners.

The former RAF pilot’s no-nonsense attitude towards money stems from his rags to riches tale.

Siam revealed how he went from nothing to raking in six-figures through his trading advice website after tirelessly educating himself on the industry.

The dad-of-two, from Norwich, told Newsweek: “I don’t want nepotism in my house.”

Siam had ditched his RAF career when he started trading as a side hustle but faced being penniless for about six months.

He recalled grafting for nearly six years before seeing a decent profit from his full-time trading job.

To make ends meet, the “literally broke” 23-year-old was working multiple jobs and barely scraping by.

If both of them spend 20 hours on every single activity under the sun, when they’re 18, they would have done everything there is, and they’ll hopefully know what they want to do.”

Now, the entrepreneur has grown a six figure business and even wrote his own trading manual The Crypto Book.

He revealed: “I make more money with my trading now than my businesses.”

Siam said he compares life’s failures to losing a level in a video game.

“So when you die on a level, you don’t just whinge and blame other people,” he explained.

“You go, ‘Well, that was stupid.’ I won’t do that again.’ You hit reset, do it again. And you do it again.”

In a bid to enforce the same drive in his children, aged five and six, Siam won’t be handing down a hefty inheritance right away.

The “data-driven” dad said “trust fund babies” and jackpot winners “blow the lot”.

“It makes you mentally lazy because you figure there’s no point in working hard. Your work ethic goes out the window,” he continued.

He is adamant on raising kind and well adjusted kids, as he feels money only exaggerates existing personality traits.

WEALTH ACTION PLAN

Siam battled the deaths of close pals in 2018 and struggled to cope.

He said the losses drove him to create something for his children to teach them “knowledge”.

The trading whizz came up with a “Wealth Action Plan”, which is comprised of 400,000 words and a video series.

If his sons want to access their sizeable inheritance, they will have to complete the plan.

They will also be required to start, grow and sell their own seven figure business.

Siam said: “If someone has never set up, run, grown and sold the business to seven figures, they don’t have the prerequisite knowledge to run an entity with that amount of money.”

However, there will be a smaller pot of cash available to ensure the family are never left wanting for anything.

Meanwhile, the strict dad’s wife is “not money-orientated” and is hesitant about the plan.

But Siam insists he doesn’t want to pressure his children into anything.

He has made them a list of activities and said: “If both of them spend 20 hours on every single activity under the sun, when they’re 18, they would have done everything there is, and they’ll hopefully know what they want to do.”
