A ‘CUTE’ flat in a posh London postcode is available to rent for £100 a week – but it’s missing a very important feature.
The tiny property in Kensington is billed as a “bargain” by letting agents.

But eagle-eyed apartment hunters will quickly spot one major omission.
While the studio offers a shower – which has been set up in rather bizarre fashion next to a wardrobe – there’s no toilet to be found.
The new tenant will be able to shower in their room, but face sharing a toilet with people living in three other flats.
Optimistic agents describe the property as a “cute semi-studio with its own kitchenette”.
Photos show a single mattress set up beside a tiny table and two chairs, a big wardrobe, and the baffling shower cubicle.
But despite the missing loo, there will likely be plenty queueing up to view.
The flat is close to major Tube stations including Kensington Olympia.
It’s just a mile-and-a-half to Hyde Park, and a similar distance to some of the world’s best museums, including the V&A.
Average rents in the area are £462 a week, according to Foxtons estate agents, but can range from £340 to £660 depending on the type of property.
Meanwhile, council tax is included in the price – although others bills aren’t.
London is well-known for being particularly challenging for those on a budget.
LOO-NACY
One swanky apartment in Marylebone is on the market for £2,000 a month – even though it doesn’t have a bed.
Instead, the property simply features a tiny sofa barely big enough for one person to put their feet up.
It’s unlikely the sofa turns into a bed – because the space is too narrow for a mattress to comfortably fit.
Another flat in posh Richmond also comes without a bed – even though it costs a whopping £350,000.
And one particularly grim home in Islington had one truly off-putting feature.
TRICKY MARKET
At first glance, the studio – priced at £900 a month – seemed to offer quite a bit of bang for a renter’s buck.
But photos taken inside the little bathroom seem to show a dead MOUSE on the floor.
Those with more cash to splash have a much better time of it.
A family home on the market for a little under £1million has seven bedrooms.
Despite the room, hated guests will find themselves camping out on a single bed in a bathroom.
