COSTA has revealed its “bumper” summer menu including two new exciting bubble drinks and Italian-inspired lunch options.
The coffee chain has pulled out all the stops for the new summer 2023 range with a tasty selection of drinks, savoury dishes and sweet treats.

The new menu is available in stores now and the drinks choices include an innovative bubble drink range, whipped iced latte range and a selection of thirst-quenching refreshers.
Bubble drink range
The new refreshing blueberry bubble frappe is made up of a tasty jammy blueberry-flavoured sauce and sweet sugar-free vanilla syrup, with delicious blueberry-flavoured pearls.
The blueberry frappe costs from £4.10 and a medium-sized drink made with semi-skimmed milk contains 364 calories.
Also making a comeback this summer is the tropical mango bubble frappe, this sweet sunshine treat includes rich sweet mango, delicate coconut and bursting juicy pearls.

Finally, there is the new addition of the mango berry bubble tea, which is a refreshing red berry infusion with sweet mango, and still lemonade, layered over juicy blueberry bubbles served over ice.
Prices start from £3.50 for this refreshing summer cooler and a medium size and contains 126 calories.
Summer refreshers
Coffee lovers can still get their regular drink as an iced version, and fans of an iced latte might want to try the brand-new whipped latte range that has a super-smooth layer of whipped coffee on top.

An iced whipped caramel latte costs from £3.50 and a medium size made with semi-skimmed milk contains 173 calories.
Three new mouth-watering drinks have been introduced in the refreshers range, including, watermelon and mint, apple and rhubarb, and blood orange and yuzu.
Drinks in the refresher range are priced at £2.80 for a small size and all contain less than 30 calories.
The watermelon and mint refresher is also available from Costa Express outlets.
A taste of Italy
For those meeting up with friends for lunch there are some tempting salads and pizzettas on the menu.
The tomato mozzarella and pesto pasta salad includes semi-dried tomatoes, mozzarella with pesto pasta, fresh rocket, spinach and pine kernels, it is priced at £4.15 and contains 452 calories.
And for those who prefer a meat option there is a chicken roasted red pepper and tomato pasta salad.
It features juicy roasted tomato chicken and roasted red peppers in a tomato balsamic dressing with fresh spinach, and is also priced at £4.15 and this dish contains 281 calories.
Customers who want to experience a taste of Italy can choose from two new pizzettas, both priced at £4.50.
Diners have a choice of caramelised red onion and mature cheddar, on a hand-stretched stonebaked flatbread, which contains 440 calories.
Or customers can opt for a tasty grilled pepper, mozzarella and pesto, with red and yellow peppers, basil pesto and a sprinkle of parsley, containing 476 calories.
Sweet treats
Summer wouldn’t be summer without Eton Mess and the coffee chain has put its own spin on the sweet dessert.
The Eton mess blondie is a rich, white chocolate blondie with a sharp strawberry sauce topped with cream icing and finished with meringue chunks and freeze-dried strawberry pieces.
The blondie is priced at £2.50 and contains 377 calories.
Another addition is the salted caramel popcorn brownie, which is topped with white chocolate and caramel-coated popcorn, crisped rice and drizzled with more white chocolate.
This tasty treat costs £2.50 and contains 331 calories.
Last but certainly not least is the new Neapolitan muffin and Belgian chocolate chunk cookie.
The Neapolitan muffin consists of rich chocolate and vanilla sponge injected with a strawberry sauce, topped with chocolate icing and finished with sugar sprinkles.
It is priced at £2.50 and contains 337 calories.
And for chocolate lovers, the new Belgian chocolate chunk cookie is a chewy cookie that can also be served warm, this costs £2.25 and contains 345 calories.
