Several retailers have great deals on designer perfumes this week and you may even be able to find some great dupes.

As Mother’s Day gets close some retailers may drop their prices even further, so it’s worth keeping an eye out.
You can use shopping comparison tools such as Google Shopping and Trolley.co.uk to compare the cost of items across different retailers.
Prices may differ online versus in-store so make sure you check and compare the price of each fragrance per 100ml to make sure you’re getting the best deal.

Marc Jacobs Daisy Eau de Toilette
Boots has some of the best deals on designer perfumes at the moment so it’s definitely worth heading to your local to check out their stock.
The retailer currently has a bargain deal on Marc Jacobs Daisy range.
Daisy Eau de Toilette 50ml is just £45 in Boots stores and online £28 cheaper than its original £73 price.

You should head to Boots if you’re looking to get your hands on the Lancôme La Vie Est Belle Iris Absolu Eau de Parfum.
The 50ml fragrance bottle has been slashed in half to just £50 instead of £100.
Boots is giving away a free Lancôme Lait Galatée Confort 200ml if you purchase three Lancôme products one will need to be a skincare item, useful to know if you are interested in getting a gift.

Prada Paradoxe Eau De Parfum
High street retailer Debenhams currently has the best deal on the Prada Paradoxe Eau De Parfum, slashing the price by 20%.
The price of the 30ml fragrance has dropped to just £55.20 down from £69, while other retailers like The Perfume shop are charging a minimum of £65 for the same bottle.

J’Adore Dior
Boots has the best deal on Prade Paradoxe, and it also has a great deal on J’Adore.
The 30ml fragrance is priced at £57.80 instead of the retail price of £68 saving you £10.20.
It’s also worth noting the Perfume shop is offering the same deal if you log in or sign up to their website and VIP get 15% off anything over £60.

Miss Dior
Miss Dior is a classic scent that many of us are familiar with but it’s a pricey fragrance.
Boots is running a £15 off offer on selected fragrances and you can nab this perfume in the deal.
Instead of the original price of £97 the 50ml bottle is now priced a £82.
Boots will throw in a complimentary Pouch and mini Rouge Dior with the purchase of any Dior ladies’ fragrance, 50ml and above if you buy one online.
Now if you are shopping with a budget this Mother’s Day then you may want to check out designer perfume dupes.
These are fragrances made by retailers to mimic designer perfumes, they are usually a lot cheaper as well.
There is one caveat they don’t usually last as long so bear that in mind.

M&S Warm Neroli
M&S Warm Neroli is said to spell like Paco Rabanne’s classic Lady Million except it’s £50 cheaper.
M&S zesty scent is just £6 per 30ml while the Paco Rabanne is £56.
The dupe combines zesty freshness with woody accents and has notes of neroli and bergamot combined with a musky base to create an uplifting scent.

Primark Vive La Vie
Primarks Vive La Vie scent was supposed to be a dupe for La Vie Est Belle.
But shoppers have compared it to Gucci’s Flora. Primark says it’s bursting with a gorgeous, vibrant scent that’s perfect for everyday wear.
The Primark dupe is just £6 whilst Giuccie Flora is £54.40 per 30ml from Boots.
Aldi Lacura Empress
Aldi has a number of fragrance dupes that would be perfect for Mother’s Day gifts, but one scent has got shoppers going crazy.
The new Lacura Empress Eau de Parfum costs just £5.99 per 20ml.
Shoppers have compared it to Paco Rabanne’s Olympea which is £77.60 per 80ml.
If you’re looking for Mother’s Day booze you should also head to Aldi as they have some of the best deals on bubbly for a limited time only.

Noemie Maury has shared perfume insider secrets
“High street chains can create perfumes cheaply by buying them from big fragrance manufacturers which grow their own ingredients in-house,” says Noemie.
“Because they use oils from flowers they grow themselves instead of importing ingredients, they save on costs and can create fragrances for high street brands at a discount price.”
Although this keeps costs down, it means the range of ingredients used in cheaper perfumes can be limited.
Noemie explains the main smell in budget perfumes may also come from just one or two strong but relatively cheap ingredients, like vanilla.
It means they can lack the depth and complexity of more expensive brands which use a wide variety of more expensive ingredients.
As the smell, names and bottle shapes of branded perfumes are protected under copyright law, cheaper brands can’t produce exact replicas.
But they can create budget versions which smell similar – these are described as being “inspired by” a popular branded fragrance.
