SHOPPERS have been overjoyed after finding that the Bounty Bar ISN’T behind the first door of their Celebrations advent calendars.
Instead, plenty of fans have been thrilled to get their hands on Maltesers to kick off the count-down to Christmas.

The coconut chocolate has caused controversy for the past couple of years, with shoppers disappointed to find their least favourite treat behind the first one or two doors of December.
In 2018, Snickers was behind door number two, although households were less than impressed with this too branding it a “cruel joke”.
This time round, shoppers have been saved by Celebrations, which has swapped the chocolates around.
One Twitter user said: “My celebrations advent calendar was a Maltesers not a Bounty everything is okay.”
And another added: “You know it’s going to be a good day when the first chocolate out the advent calendar is a Celebrations Maltesers.”

While a third wrote: “Happy December 1st, got a Maltesers one in my Celebrations advent calendar. Today is gonna be a good day.”
It comes after one Twitter user vented yesterday: “If my Celebrations Advent Calendar gives me a f*cking Bounty tomorrow the entire thing is going in the bin.”
And another said: “You’d think after moaning several years in a row, that folk buying a Celebrations advent calendar should know by now they’re getting a Bounty on day one.”
But Celebrations replied to the tweet, saying: “We’ve changed this year… perhaps we’ve grown up.
“We’ve given the people what they want, with a Maltesers behind door number one.”

The calendar in question costs £5 at Wilko for 230g, while it’s out of stock on both Morrisons’ and Tesco’s websites.
Celebrations boxes usually include Galaxy, Snickers, Bounty, Maltesers, Mars, Galaxy Caramel, Twix, and Milky Way.
Research from Celebrations’ owner Mars last year found that 30% of Brits said Bounty was their least favourite Celebrations sweet, although 19% reckoned it was their fave.
Maltesers’ Teasers topped the survey (22%) as the nation’s favourite Celebrations.
In 2018, fans were fuming when it took 12 days to get to a Maltesers chocolate.
