A Canadian judge said he would grant police permission to forcibly remove a group of protesters who have choked off most access to a U.S.-Canada trade corridor, upending U.S.-Canada trade.

Chief Justice Geoffrey Morawetz of Ontario’s Superior Court said the injunction would take effect on Friday at 7 p.m. ET, to give protesters an opportunity to clear the area.
