THIS garden flat has gone on the market with a price tag of £500,000, but can you spot what has caught the attention of house-hunters?
The two-bed property could make a very nice home as it has period features, wooden flooring and has a large lounge, bathroom and kitchen.
But people viewing the flat online didn’t focus on any of that – instead attention was drawn to one of the beds as it appeared to show someone still asleep in it.
Potential buyers were drawn to the unmade double bed in the main bedroom.
The duvet is all crumpled and it appears there is a large lump underneath it.
One home hunter – called Sian – said: “Just browsing properties for sale.
“And…is someone still in that bed!?”
Another added: “It looks like someone is asleep in the bedroom.”
The property – which has a private back yard – is enticing for buyers because there is no chain.
Estate agents also say there is great potential to extend.

The flat is on the market with Dexters estate agents and advertised through Rightmove.
The listing reads: “A two-bedroom garden flat with separate kitchen/reception room available chain free and with a private rear garden.
“Wooden floors and period features can be found throughout.
“It is great for access to Queen’s Park or Westbourne Park with many transport links to Central London and within a mile of Little Venice, Portobello and Paddington Rec.”
The listing is still on Rightmove, however the estate agent has since removed the photo of the main bedroom.
