HAPPINESS is rocketing among Brits because of all the cash saved during lockdown, a survey shows.
Many of us have also landed a dream job, been promoted or discovered love, adding to the upbeat mood, it found.

We are grinning 17 times a day on average and smiling another 25 times as the lifting of lockdown sees optimism sweep the UK.
Peak joy arrives at 1.10pm today as millions of us settle fully into a relaxed weekend, the Happiness Index poll of 2,000 people shows.
People are feeling especially jolly because they are now free to spend the money they squirrelled away in the pandemic, it reveals.
The 18 to 34 age group saved most a month, averaging £757, then the 35 to 44 group (£552) followed by those aged 45 to 54 (£352) the 55 to 65s (£270) and, finally, the over-65s (£255).
In England, Londoners saved most on average at £642, followed by those in the North West at £626.
Meanwhile, 15 per cent of the 18 to 34 group secured their dream job.
Overall, 14 per cent of workers started a business between April 2020 and May this year, while 12 per cent found love — despite the restrictions on meeting.
David Cran, of SmileDirectClub, which commissioned the poll, said: “After a challenging period, it’s great to see Brits overcome adversity and find reasons to be happy.”
