However, Commons standards committee clears prime minister of breaching code of conduct

Boris Johnson’s handling of a watchdog’s investigation into his Mustique holiday has been criticised by the Commons committee on standards, but the prime minister has been cleared of breaching the MPs’ code of conduct.

The standards committee concluded the Carphone Warehouse co-founder David Ross was the donor for the luxury holiday accommodation and so Johnson’s “register entry is accurate and complete”.
