NATIONWIDE: Fancy £200 for switching your account? Nationwide Building Society is offering just that.

Get this £200 free cash offer by signing up to its FlexDirect account.

You must deposit a minimum of £1,000 into this account on a monthly basis, plus have two direct debits.

SANTANDER: The Santander Edge Up current account offers one per cent cashback on debit card spending at supermarkets and on travel, capped at £15 per month, plus one per cent cashback on selected household bills, which is also capped at £15 a month.

This account does have a monthly £5 fee but if you are getting the cash back, it could be worth it.

STARLING: The Starling Bank current account has 3.25 per cent AER — Annual Equivalent Rate — credit interest on balances up to £5,000.

If you love travelling abroad, this could be a good option for you as it does not charge any fees if you use your card in other countries.

LLOYDS: Customers who open a Club Lloyds account can get a switching incentive of £175, as long as they switch by November 14.

You must also credit the account with £1,500 and log into online or mobile banking.

FIRST DIRECT: You can get £175 as a switching bonus if you open a First Direct 1st Account.
