A keen shopper spied the item in their local store and was thrilled at the price.

Posting the find to the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK  Facebook group, they said: “My first bargain post, £250 down to £175 in B&M!”

They shared a photo of their newly purchased garden set in its box.

Fellow bargain hunters were quick to comment on the post and make plans to head to their nearest B&M to bag one.

B&M describes the set, which includes a table too, as “stunning” and “modern”.

The sofa is approximately W190 x H65 x D63/131cm, while the table is W58 x H31 x D58cm.

The whole set is made with a black rattan effect and has a woven construction.

The sofa also comes with cushions and the set is said to be easy to set up too.

Unfortunately you won’t be able to buy it online but it is available in stores – or you can view it on the website.

Although do bear in mind that when prices are reduced by this much it’s usually in order for stores to clear excess stock, so prices and stock will vary from store to store.

It’s always best to phone ahead to your local shop to check what they have available to avoid disappointment.

You can find your nearest B&M store using the locator tool on the website.

It always pays to compare prices so you know you’re getting the best deal.

There are dozens of similar looking garden sets listed online but for quite a bit more money.

HomeBase is selling a very similar looking set which was originally £360, reduced to £252 in a sale.

We also found another set on Robert Dyas which has been reduced from £412.99 to £259.99.

Prices can also vary day to day and by what deals are on at the time, plus remember you might pay for delivery if you’re ordering online.

You can compare prices on platforms like Google Shopping.

Meanwhile, B&M shoppers have been rushing to buy a chair which is scanning at just £1 instead of £90.
