Friday’s historic prize could see the winner buy four Caribbean islands, with a few million to spare, or the equivalent of 11 six-bedroom luxury properties in London’s Hyde Park.

The winner will also overtake the staggering net worth of beloved names including Robbie Williams, Sir Tom Jones and Ed Sheeran.

The previous record-breaking cash prize saw Gloucestershire couple Joe and Jess Thwaite bank £184million in 2022.
