We pick two such second row beach hut in different locations for our latest property battle series.
One is in the popular Friar’s Cliff in Dorset’s Christchurch, which is well-known for colourful beach huts.
Front row beach huts in this location can reach six figure sums. This second row beach hut is empty and has a price tag of £69,950.
The other beach hut is in Walton-on-the-Naze in Essex and is being sold fully equipped for £57,000.
