But buyers with a superstitious side will need to beware as pictures show 666 Wesbrook Street may have a haunted side.
The estate agent’s listing pokes fun at the house’s address – a number that’s used to signify the devil, the antichrist and evil.
It states: “My client reached out to me inquiring about selling one of her investment properties.
“The moment that I heard the address I knew that we were in for a real treat, this was going to be the listing that nightmares were made of, 6-6-6 Wesbrook.”
Spooky pictures of inside the home appear with a bizarre green orb sitting in one of the doorways.
Another shows a female ghoul appearing to scare the photographer while a skull sits in a bathroom mirror.
The eerie images have clearly been altered to make the home appear more frightening.
But the real catch buyers need to be weary of is the home’s condition.
