FURNITURE and accessories from the website Made.com will now be sold at auction after the site went bust.
Over 30,000 sofas, beds, tables and more will be sold by John Pye Auctions from today.

The furniture retailer put itself up for sale in September and there has been talks to find a potential buyer ever since.
The change has meant customers can no longer order furniture on the Made.com website.
It followed the retailer’s slump in value after going public last June.
But now John Pye Auctions has agreed to stock more than 900 product lines – including sofas, wardrobes, patio sets and soft furnishings – which equals to over 30,000 products.
These will be on sale daily at online auctions, with new items available each week.
Trevor Palethorpe, associate director and joint head of John Pye Business and Property, said: “While we’re very sorry to see Made.com go, we’re thrilled to be able to offer the brand’s high-quality home products and furnishings to our ever-expanding customer network.
“This year, we have seen unprecedented numbers of shrewd shoppers registering with the website and snapping up branded items at a fraction of the original cost.”
Customers can secure discounted prices of new boxed homeware and furniture products – and everything should be delivered within two weeks of purchase.

That means it’ll arrive in time for Christmas – but only if you submit an invoice before then, the deadline of which is December 10.
For all smaller items like lamps, bedding etc, the latest delivery date you can secure before Christmas is December 20.

All products sold will be any of the following:
- Sofas, Sideboards & TV Units
- Beds and bedding
- Tables and Chairs
- Kitchen and cookware
- Soft furnishings (throws, cushions, curtains)
- Artwork and decorative objects and more
What if I’ve ordered from Made.com and my item hasn’t arrived?
According to Citizen Advice, if you bought an item from a shop before it closed down, you do not have an automatic right to a refund.
But if you ordered an item and it never arrived there are a number of ways to claw your money back.
Customers should firstly try and get in touch with the company or its appointed administrators and ask for the item purchased or a full cash refund.
Shop around
Make sure you look out for deals elsewhere too – you never know where you might find something for less.
There’s a handy comparison site – Trolley.co.uk – which compares the prices of 130,000 products across 14 major supermarkets.
The Latest Deals app also lets you search items and compare prices at several supermarkets to see where it’s cheaper.
For example, you can currently get up to 20% off all M&S furniture online – just remember to factor in delivery costs on top.
It ends Wednesday too – so be quick.
We also checked B&M to find that small kitchen items like the Russell Hobbs Groove toaster and kettle are both £5 off at £30 currently.
It also has bigger deals like the Maine Under The Sink unit on sale for £35, down from £40.
There are a few luxurious drinks trolleys on sale at Asda too at the moment – £10 off – but, again, remember delivery costs.
Lidl also regularly sells top deals in its middle aisle – but it changes every Thursday. Last week, for instance, it had an Emma Original Mattress (king size) that was £424.50, down to £329, so keep a look out.
