Police arrest 25-year-old man after incident in southern state of Santa Catarina that President Lula calls a ‘monstrosity’
At least four children have been killed and four other injured when a 25-year-old man attacked a pre-school in the southern Brazilian state of Santa Catarina.
Police said the man responsible for the attack early on Wednesday had been arrested, without providing further details.
