ASDA if offering customers money off their shopping – but check before you buy because there’s a catch.
The supermarket giant is known for its budget-friendly deals and has more than 600 stores across the UK.
Customers can sign up for the Asda Rewards loyalty scheme, which allows you to earn points and cash rewards known as Asda Pounds.
And a select few can bag an even bigger bargain, for a limited time.
You can get £1 off your shop through the Asda Rewards scheme if you book a private flu jab at an Asda Pharmacy.
Asda’s flu jab costs £9.98 and shoppers can book their jabs in store or online through the Asda Pharmacy website.
But flu jabs are free to anyone who qualifies through the NHS – you can find out if you qualify on the NHS website.
The offer is available until October 23 and it must also be redeemed by this date.
The cash will be added into your cash pot within the Asda Rewards app when you book.
There are 254 Asda Pharmacies located nationwide – you can find your closest branch by using this handy locator tool.

Faisal Tuddy, superintendent pharmacist at Asda, said: “It’s so important to get a flu jab, especially if you are vulnerable or if you’re visiting family members this winter.
“Asda customers can now book their jab in-store and online, with several walk-in clinics in stores due to open throughout the season.”
How does the Asda Rewards loyalty scheme work?
To take part in the loyalty scheme, you’ll need to download the Asda Rewards app which you can find on the Apple App Store and Google Play store.
You’ll need to have an account – if you don’t, it’s pretty easy to sign up. You’ll just need to pop in your name and a couple other quick details.
Then, you can earn cash rewards known as Asda Pounds when shopping in store and online.
You’ll just need to scan the barcode on the app at the checkout. If you’re shopping online, just make sure you’re logged into your account, and then browse as normal.
Usually you can buy certain “star products” which are a mix of branded and Asda own-brand items.
You can see a full list in the dedicated section of the Asda Rewards app, but they’re also marked when you’re shopping online at Asda.com.
Just be mindful of how much you’re spending – not every deal will be worth the money you spend to get it and remember to look around other shops to see what deals they have to compare.
Rewards you earn can be accessed in your “cash pot” within the app.
