When does the Argos January sale end?

We aren’t sure exactly when the deals will end, but if previous years are anything to go by, then we expect the deals to last into January.

What Argos January 2023 sale deals to expect?

Argos is a great retailer to pick up a range of items, including stylish products for your home.

During the sale you can often find big discounts on home accessories and furniture items, including those from Sainsbury’s and Habitat collections.

Other great buys to pick up in the end of year sale include top branded kitchen appliances, cheap TVs, Tu clothing items and smart home devices.

For example, right now you can get up to half price toys and games as well as a third off on all jewellery and watches.

How to compare prices to get the best deal

JUST because something is on offer, or is part of a sale, it doesn’t mean it’s always a good deal.

There are plenty of comparison websites out there that’ll check prices for you – so don’t be left paying more than you have to.

Most of them work by comparing the prices across hundreds of retailers.

Here are some that we recommend:

  • Google Shopping is a tool that lets users search for and compare prices for products across the web. Simply type in keywords, or a product number, to bring up search results.
  • Price Spy logs the history of how much something costs from over 3,000 different retailers, including Argos, Amazon, eBay and the supermarkets. Once you select an individual product you can quickly compare which stores have the best price and which have it in stock.
  • Idealo is another website that lets you compare prices between retailers. All shoppers need to do is search for the item they need and the website will rank them from the cheapest to the most expensive one.
  • CamelCamelCamel only works on goods being sold on Amazon. To use it, type in the URL of the product you want to check the price of.

How much does shipping from Argos cost?

On selected products, delivery via Royal mail is free and takes four working days. Argos also offers a seven day delivery service with time slots for £3.95.

A ‘Fast Track’ delivery service is available for badged items from £3.95, for items marked as same day delivery you’ll pay £5.95.

Different items require you to order by a certain time in order to receive them by your preferred time. Bank holidays and weekends will affect delivery timings, so factor in Boxing Day itself as well as New Year’s Day.

You can find all delivery options here.

What is Argos Christmas returns policy?

Whether you need to return a Christmas gift or an item you’ve brought for yourself, Argos has extended its returns policy over the Christmas period.

Any items purchased from Wednesday 28 September through to Sunday 25 December can be returned right up to Tuesday 31 January.

Items should be returned in its original packaging with a valid receipt, and any free items that came with the product need to also be returned too.

Refunds are normally processed by the original payment method, and card payments can take up to seven days to appear back in your account.

Shoppers can return items at any Argos store, or any Argos in Sainsbury’s stores. You can check where your local branch is using the online store finder tool.
