A TINY apartment up for grabs for £120 a week has had no takers as one particular detail shocks viewers.
While the shoebox set-up in Melbourne, Australia, has the loft bunk bed, shower and sink all crammed close together, there is another feature that has left people more stunned.
The listing reveals the owner was forced to remove the original toilet in the room to make way for the bedroom.
It’s unclear how or where a prospective tenant can access a loo.
The cramped room in the suburb of Fitzroy sits among 11 others in a terrace boarding house.
Facilities such as kitchen appliances and a garden are shared with other tenants.
Despite its apparent lack of toilet and other questionable features, the listing on realestate.com.au boasts the opportunity “will not last long” and will set the tenant back £120 a week.
It reads: “Located at the south end of Brunswick Street just next to St Vincent’s Hospital and Gertrude Street is the Rooming House Gem.
“Retaining its period features, communal kitchens with stainless steel appliances with additional kitchenette, garden setting and communal laundry facilities.
“This bedroom located downstairs includes bunk double bed, desk, TV, wardrobe, with own shower and hand basin.

It has left social media users astonished as they branded the room a “bed in a bathroom”.
One Reddit user wrote: “For just $910 a month you could live in a bathroom with a bunk bed.
Another said: “Wow. How is that even allowed?”
It comes after a London flat that hit the market horrified viewers as the toilet was just inches away from the kitchen area.
Meanwhile, a studio flat so tiny so small you can cook from bed is up for grabs for a staggering rental price.
