AMAZON is handing out two books for free to Brits, just in time for this year’s summer reading.

The tech giant has granted select customers early access to it’s editors’ picks, listed below, as part of its Amazon First Reads programme – formerly known as Kindle First.

You must be a Prime customer to get them for free.

However, the books still reduced to just 99p each if you’re not a Prime member.

“This month, customers can choose two of the Kindle books selected by our editors for £0.99 each, or £0.00 for Prime members,” Amazon writes on its website.

You’ll also have to sign up Amazon First Reads, which is only available to UK customers, but joining is free with no purchase obligation.

You just have a time limit on when you can read them.

The offer includes comedian Kevin Hart’s self-help book It Will All Work Out.

Amazon First Reads’ Kindle books can be read on any compatible Kindle device or free Kindle reading app.
