According to LifeWire, if your Fire TV Stick turns off randomly, you could be making an HDMI port mistake.

The error can leave you facing a black screen when you should be watching your favorite shows.

You might notice the issue if your Fire Stick starts turning off by itself.

This can indicate a glitch in the HDMI port you’re using.

The solution is to try using a different HDMI port.

In a worst-case scenario, Lifewire suggests using a different TV.

You can also try rebooting or restarting your device.
