A TECH expert has revealed an amazing iPhone trick that lets you know who is messaging you without looking.
The hack allows users to customise notifications so they can tell, say, a hotly anticipated reply from a crush apart from a marketing message from a network provider.

iPhone guru Katarina Mogus took to TikTok to share the handy tip with her 2.5 million followers.
All you need to do is select a person in your contacts and tap the button saying ‘Edit’, which will open up a range of customisable options.
From there, tap the button marked ‘Vibration’ and then ‘Create New Vibration’.
This opens a blank screen, which you just tap to create the vibration of your choice.
You can tap quickly to create short, sharp vibrations or tap and hold for a longer buzz.
Select any rhythm or tune you fancy and tap it in to be activated any time you get a text only from the person you have selected.
You can set a different vibration for every contact so, as long as you can remember them all, you will know who is messaging you without even picking up your phone.
Indeed, if you’re tucked up in bed with your device on the other side of the room, you can know whether or not the text is worth getting up for at all.

This was just one of a range of useful tips that Katarina ran through.
They included a way to quickly close an online tap or to create a custom text shortcut, so you never have to type out your full email address again.
She signed off the video simply saying: “I’m obsessed.”
