It is almost unavoidable at popular tourist destinations and busy sightseeing hotspots, but not anymore with this clever iPhone hack that can make strangers vanish from the memories of your treasured travels in a flash.

Travel company TruTravels have shared the quick and easy trick to their Instagram page, showing you how to remove strangers from your photos, saying it will ‘level up your insta game’ and here is what you need to do.

First of all open up your camera and make sure live mode is switched on before taking your photo.

Once you have captured that special moment, the next step is to open up the image in the phone’s photo gallery.

When you have the photo open in the gallery, you will see ‘live’ showing in the top left hand corner of the screen.

Press ‘live’ to reveal a drop down list, from the list you then need to select ‘long exposure’, and this will automatically blur out any unwanted people from the shot.

Once this is done you can then make edits and play around with contrast, until you are happy you have the perfect image to share with your friends and family, with not a strangers in sight.
