A POSH property is up for sale with a price tag of £1.1million – but its listing has got everyone in stitches.

While the attractive five-bedroom, four bath home in the Vale of Glamorgan, Wales, is certainly eye-catching, eagle-eyed potential buyers have spotted a distraction.

A couple of gorgeous pooches can be seen in many of the 37 photographs adverting the detached country home.

It is described as a “luxury family home” with character features, far-reaching views, a double garage and parking for several cars.

Breathtaking pictures show high-end furniture with each room stylishly decorated with unique wallpaper, rich wall hangings and gilded mirrors.

And in at least six of the pictures, one or two cheeky pups can be seen.

In one image an inquisitive-looking brown and black dog – thought to be a terrier – stands proudly next to the Christmas tree, staring down the photographer.

In another, a slightly smaller black dog sits by the fire – also eyeing up whoever is snapping the pics.

In a shot of the shed – complete with fire heater and its own bar – the two dogs are nestled on the sofa next to a man wearing blue trousers.

In a fourth snap showing the breathtaking entryway into the kitchen, one of the pooches stares curiously at the camera.

In another glorious shed snap the dog can be seen cuddling up to a woman enjoying a glass of wine.

And you’d be forgiven for missing the black dog nestled into the corner of the dark sofa in a picture showing the gorgeous lounge – because the brown and black mutt takes centre stage, standing next to the log burner.

A spokesperson for Rightmove joked: “We don’t know what we love more, the cottage, or the dogs that have managed to get in most of the photos.”

And social media users were blown away by the incredible home – and its cute canine occupants.

Claire Wilson said: “Aww, that dog.”

Sophie Garstang added: “The dogs,” alongside a laughing emoji.

And Ian McQueen joked: “House sold from a smoke and pet-free environment!”
