RETAILERS have launched their Boxing Day sales early this year with huge discounts on electricals, homeware, beauty and clothing already available.

Shoppers can bag deals at Currys, Superdrug and Next from today, ahead of Christmas.

Retailers have launched sales online early this year

Some retailers already cut prices by up to 70% earlier this week, including Boots and John Lewis.

It comes after shops also launched early Black Friday sales in November.

The Boxing Day sales have traditionally been the biggest day in the UK retail calendar.

But many shops have announced plans to remain closed on December 26 to give staff a break.

Aldi, Morrisons and M&S are among the businesses that have confirmed they will be closed the day after Christmas.

Remember to compare prices before you buy anything in the sale to make sure you’re getting the best deal.

You should only make a purchase if you were already planning to buy something, otherwise it’s not really a saving.

Currys

Currys has slashed the price of TVs, laptops and tablets as well as home items such as washing machines and vacuum cleaners.

You can pick up a Amazon Fire tablet for £90, a saving of £60, or a Shark vacuum cleaner for £179 – a £170 saving.

Currys offers home delivery for free, which takes five to seven days, or you can pay £10 for a named-day drop off.

The deadline for delivery in time for Christmas has now passed but you can still collect in store.

Superdrug

Superdrug’s big early Boxing Day sale went live online this morning – but won’t be available in stores until December 26.

We spotted big discounts across its beauty ranges, including a set of Real Techniques brushes for £20, down from £60.

The high street chemist is also selling a Sanctuary bath kit for half price at £10 and discounted fragrances.

You can order to collect in store for free, which is your last chance to order before Christmas.

Standard delivery takes four to five days and costs £3, with discounts available for members.

Marks & Spencer

M&S has cut prices across clothing, shoes and homeware online, but the sale won’t be in store until November 27 as it closing on Boxing Day.

We spotted this reusable water bottle with a £10 saving, reduced to just £5, and a set of two pairs of boys PJs for £17, with a £7 reduction.

Standard delivery fees start at £3.50, or £4.99 for next day drop off.

Next

Next’s highly anticipated sale will kick off online today at 3pm.

Unlike previous years, it won’t launch in stores on Boxing Day.

Instead, the high street retailer is preparing to host its sale in shops the following day.

Because Next stores are shut on Boxing Day, in-store offers will only be available from December 27, meaning bargain-hunters will have to wait even longer.

A Next spokesperson told us: “Our Sale starts online on Friday December 24th and our in-store sales starts on Monday December 27th at 6am, in the majority of our UK stores.”

Next’s standard delivery fees start at £3.99.
