Heated airers are like a normal clothes horse but they plug in at the wall and heat up.

It means your washing can dry more quickly, which is extra useful in the winter.

They are also fairly cheap to run, costing just pennies per hour – check out how much exactly in our guide.

Aldi’s easy home heated airer costs £39.99 and is available online and in stores.

The airer has 20 bars that heat up, where you can spread out your laundry to dry.

Weighing 3kg, you can fold it away when not in use, but when open it measures 147 x 54 x 94cm.

The device has “wings” each side which open up to give you more space for hanging laundry.

There’s a 1.4m cable on the drier and it also comes with a 36 month warranty if you run into any issues.

Don’t forget if you’re getting this online, delivery will cost you around £3.95 on top.

If you want top buy in the shop, you can find your nearest Aldi with it’s store finder tool – but remember with Specialbuys stock is limited and when it’s gone, it’s gone.

Last year Aldi was selling a similar heated airer for a cheaper price at £29.

In September the discounter was selling a larger version priced at £90.

Aldi isn’t the only shop selling a heated airier though and you should shop aroun to make sure you’re getting the best price.

Argos is selling a similar style heated airer for slightly more at £45, but it is sold out in some locations.

Robert Dyas has one for slightly more too at £49.99 which is down from £69.99.

Dunelm is selling a heated airer for £29.99 which is £10 cheaper than Aldi’s, but it is smaller.

Don’t forget to check delivery costs if you’re buying online.
