ALDI shoppers have been left fuming after a string of popular snacks and veggies were discontinued.
Some disgruntled customers complained that their lunches had been ruined by the bargain supermarket chain.

One customer called Sean, took to social media to ask Aldi why cherry and plum tomatoes had been missing from his local store the past few weeks.
Sean – who shops at the Moxley branch in the West Midlands – was already disappointed that black tins of complimints had been discontinued.
And he was left even more shocked after Aldi’s update on cherry and plum tomatoes.
Replying to Sean, the firm’s official Twitter account delivered the bad news.

The post read: “Thanks again Sean, we can confirm that these products has now been discontinued from our everyday range in your region. So sorry for this!”
A shocked Sean replied: “The West Midlands no longer gets miniature tomatoes??
“How am I supposed to fit salad tomatoes in my lunchbox??”
It comes after other gutted shoppers took to social media to express their disappointment when Aldi dropped a popular candy.
