It comes just weeks after the chain began bringing in its gardening range.

News of the Specialbuys hit social media earlier this week and shoppers have been gearing up to bag some bargains.

A fourth posted: “The rattan planters are so nice!”

Others described the latest additions as “lovely” and “perfect to add a little something to your garden”.

If you want to spruce up your garden and are hoping to bag yourself some of these special offers you will have to be quick.

All of the items are Specialbuys which means, once they are gone, they’re gone.

You’ll find the items in the middle aisle at your local Aldi.

What are Aldi Specialbuys?

Specialbuys are unique and exciting products that you can find exclusively in Aldi stores.

The products are launched in stores every Thursday and Sunday and can include anything from DIY items to beauty products.

You can pick up a leaflet in-store, browse online, or sign up to Aldi’s mailing list to get a sneak preview of what is to come.

There are other ways to save at Aldi and it is always worth keeping a lookout for the many dupes that the retailer launches from time to time.

One Aldi worker recently revealed all the new beauty dupes that have landed in stores.

As well as dupes of branded food items, the retailer also has beauty products and fragrances that sell out as soon as they hit the shelves.

Among the items on sale this week are Solar String Lights which come in three different variations: bumble bees, flowers and butterflies.

They cost £6.99 for a pack, and are two meters long, with 10 warm white LEDs.

The Gardenline Elements Planters come in two sizes – 31cm and 38cm – and cost £8.99 or £12.99 respectively.

They’re described as “trendy planters”, they come in blue, silver or copper.

Aldi is also selling Belavi Rattan Effect Cube Planters for £12.99.

It has Solar Motion Welcome Lights and a pack of five Flicker Flame torches for £8.99 each too.

Not only that but the discounter is also selling a whole host of tools and children’s gardening bits too.

You can grab Leather Gardening Gloves for just a fiver.

You can browse the full list range on the Aldi website but you can only buy the items in store.

As always make sure you compare prices and shop around for the best deal.

You can do this using tools like Google Shopping, and keep an eye out for the latest deals on sites like HotUKDeals.

If you are unsure where your nearest Aldi is you can put your postcode into the store locator tool on the retailer’s website.

When’s the best time to shop at Aldi?

WHEN it comes to shopping at Aldi, the best time to do so depends on what you want to buy.

For reduced items – when shops open

Red sticker items are rare at Aldi’s 830 UK stores, but the supermarket says that none of its food goes to waste so there are some to be found – if you’re quick.

A spokesman for the supermarket said: “All items are reduced to 50 per cent of the recommend sales price before stores open on their best before or use by dates.”

That means you have the best chance of finding reduced food items if you go into stores as soon as it opens.

Opening times vary by shop but a majority open from 7am or 8am. You can find your nearest store’s times by using the supermarket’s online shop finder tool.

For Specialbuys – Thursdays and Sundays

Specialbuys are Aldi’s weekly collection of items that it doesn’t normally sell, which can range from pizza ovens to power tools.

New stock comes into stores every Thursday and Sunday, so naturally, these are the best days to visit for the best one-off special deals.

For an even better chance of bagging the best items, head there for your local store’s opening time.

You don’t have to head into stores to bag a Specialbuy, though.

They also go on sale online, usually at midnight on Thursday and Sunday, and you can pre-order them up to a week in advance.

As long as you spend at least £25, you’ll get the items delivered for free.

Remember: once they’re gone, they’re gone, so if there’s something you really want, visit as early as possible

Which other retailers are getting summer garden ready?

B&M has brought back its range of iconic egg chairs and they are even cheaper than last year.

The garden must-have sells out every year and this year the popular discounter has slashed prices.

Not only that there is now more choice with the introduction of a brand-new collapsible Santorini folding egg chair.

However, it is the original and hugely popular Siena range that has been knocked down in price.

Here are the three options available in B&M this year.

  • Siena Single Egg Chair is £200 this year but was £250 last year.
  • Siena Double Snuggle Egg Chair is not just £250 was £325 last year.
  • Santorini Folding/Collapsible Egg Chair is going for just £150.

If you are looking to get your hands on one of these, you better be quick as they usually fly off the shelves.

You can find your nearest B&M branch by using the retailer’s store locator tool on its website.
