ALDI has revealed all the key dates in May for when shoppers can buy its sell-out garden furniture Specialbuys range.

Shoppers have been going mad for the German discounter’s gardening range, which was first revealed in February.

Bargains on sale have included rattan sofas to a £350 Kamado egg-shaped BBQ.

But many of the supermarket’s garden furniture range items have sold out almost immediately after being put up online for sale – especially the infamous hanging egg chair.

The Aldi egg chair has gone up for sale online a number of times this year.

But it has been sold out within minutes each time, with some shoppers waiting for hours in an online virtual queue to bag one.

Shoppers have previously come up against issues getting their hands on Aldi’s Specialbuys garden furniture range as well.

Technical issues and hitches have meant shoppers have been left empty handed – and fuming.

Most recently, shoppers were left raging after wasting hours online trying to buy the egg chair on April 11.

The chair was supposed to go on sale at 8am that day.

But customers complained they were blocked from pressing the button to add the chair to their basket – despite Aldi advertising it would be going on sale that day.

Back in February, a “technical issue” also meant the sell-out chair went up for sale early.

It had accidentally been launched before 8am, and many customers missed out on their chance of bagging one.

However, Aldi has revealed when it will be selling its garden Specialbuys throughout May on its website so you can get a head start bagging a bargain.

Aldi told The Sun it was unable to share a full list of items going up for sale under each date, so it’s not known exactly what’s up for grabs.

With all Specialbuys, when they’re gone, they’re gone – so you might want to act fast to bag yourself a bargain to avoid leaving empty-handed.

Here are the key dates for your diary:

May 9 – Alfresco Dining

Brits are set to enjoy scorching temperatures in May, so you might want to invest in some furniture sets for a spot of outdoor dining.

Aldi is selling an Alfresco Dining range on its website on May 9, so it’s worth checking it out.

Although Aldi hasn’t shared what products will be available for sale, the picture on its website shows a set of high chairs and a table – we expect there’ll be similar dining sets like this on offer.

On the same date, Aldi’s Outdoor Kitchen range goes on sale too.

The picture on it’s website for the range includes what looks to be it’s £40 sell-out pizza oven – so you could eat an Italian feast on your new garden furniture.

If you miss bagging Aldi’s Alfresco Dining range or its Outdoor Kitchen range online, don’t worry – they hit the shops on May 16.

May 16 – Multi-functional Garden Set

If you’ve got a small garden and you’re looking for space-saving furniture, it might be worth checking out Aldi’s Multi-functional Garden Set on May 16.

Aldi wouldn’t confirm exactly which products are up for grabs, but the picture on its website for the range includes an L-shaped sofa set.

It is also pictured with footstools for added comfort.

However, it looks like it’s online only, so make sure you set your alarm early as it could sell out.

On the same day, Aldi is also releasing its Outdoor Play set, so you could pick up some garden toys for the kids at the same time.

May 23 – Rattan Corner Sofas and Fire Pit

Aldi’s rattan sofas are a firm favourite.

The supermarket revealed it was bringing back its £270 rattan sofa earlier this month – and looks like it’s making a comeback again on May 23.

It’s online only, so make sure to act fast on the day to bag one for yourself.

While you’re at it, keep an eye out for Aldi’s Faux Stone Fire Pit, which is going up for sale – online only – on the same day.

It doubles up as a BBQ and is designed to look like a decorative stone in your garden, so you can heat things up in style.

May 30 – Al Fresco Furniture, Stylish Outdoors Furniture and more

It’s a bumper day of garden furniture launches on May 30.

Aldi is releasing a range of Alfresco Furniture for sale, as well as a “Stylish Outdoors” furniture range.

Again, Aldi hasn’t shared details of what items will be up for sale.

But if you’re in need of some garden sofas and chairs, it might be an idea to keep an eye on what’s on offer nearer the time of the launch.

If you missed out on bagging a Rattan Corner Sofa on May 23, you have another chance on May 30, as it goes back up for sale.

Plus, there’s an Outdoor Lighting range and a Planters & Decorations range up for grabs on this day too – so it’s worth keeping an eye on this if you want to jazz up your garden.

If you’re desperate for a hanging chair, all is not lost as Tesco launched a £150 version after Aldi’s last batch sold out.

Tesco is also selling gorgeous rattan garden furniture set for £250 that’s cheaper than B&M and The Range.
