AMAZON is giving away free baby boxes to parents, that would usually cost £14 to buy.

Making sure you have all the right kit for your new baby can cost as much as £500 a month according to The Times, so parents will be thrilled so save a bit of extra cash where they can.

The MAM Newborn Baby box on its own costs nearly £13.65 to currently buy alone from the online marketplace, but the contents inside are worth over £20.

The box includes all MAM products like the self-sterilising anti-colic bottle, at £7.50, eight of the brand’s breast pads, usually costing £5.49, a massaging brush for £4.75, and a two pack of soothers, worth £4.64.

Which if you were a parent to be looking to buy each item separately, would set you back £22.38.

You can claim the freebie by spending £20 on Amazon and entering a code at the checkout, but there is limited stock available.

You don’t have long to claim the freebie either as the offer runs out on September 30, or when all the boxes have been claimed.

To redeem the freebie the first thing you’ll need to do is make sure you have a Baby Wishlist set up already, and if not it’s free and easy to do on your amazon account

Then add the baby box or one of the other eligible freebies to the wishlist along with a further £20 worth of eligible baby products, before adding all of this to your basket.

Use the code “GIFT21″when prompted at the checkout and make your purchase.

The things you add to your basket have to add up to £20 before you can add the baby box though otherwise the discount won’t work.

Plus, they need to be eligible baby products sold on the Baby Store.

Unfortunately that doesn’t include baby and infant formula, nappies, baby food and books though.

The MAM Baby Box is not the only gift Amazon customers can choose from either and you could just as easily add the Tommee Tippee Nappy bin or Philips Avent Snuggle Toy to your basket in the same way.

It’s worth noting though, that you’ll only be able to get one free and you can’t claim all the freebies in one transaction.

Plus if you have already claimed a previous Baby Wishlist Welcome Gift you can’t use this hack to get another one.

If you know where to look there are usually lots more hacks out there to nab freebies that will help look after your baby.
