The woman, Lousie Janex, said the ASDA store in Fareham hasn’t been providing the service for four months.

Asking ASDA, she wrote on X, formerly called Twitter: “Can you find out why Fareham store haven’t done create your own pizza for about 4 months now?

“They are always staff behind the counter and also have loads of the pre-made ones on the shelf. But they are just refusing to make create your own!”

ASDA’s X handle soon replied saying they had discontinued the service and confirmed the “create your own pizza” option is no longer available in the Fareham store.

It wrote: “Apologies, the store has confirmed with me this is a service they no longer offer, we do still however have a really great range of ready-made & frozen pizzas for you to choose from.”

However, a picture posted by the ASDA shopper showed massive advert signs about the scheme still hanging around the pizza station.

ASDA officials said they will “make sure” they remove any such misleading advert.

The Sun has reached out to ASDA for a comment.

Meanwhile, ASDA shoppers are rushing to buy Xbox and PS5 computer games scanning at tills for just 10p.

A 2020 action-adventure game Immortals Fenyx Rising sells for almost £10 on Amazon, but the sale deal costs close to nothing at Asda.

The game now scans for ten pence only at the widespread supermarket chain.

Other games have a price range from five pounds to ten pounds which is still a huge bargain.

The seasoned shoppers have discovered the deal just in time for Christmas.
