The bargain store is known for its cheap deals and discounts.

And one lucky shopper took the item to the till to find that it was selling for more than 50% off – at £18.

She shared her £22 save to Facebook’s Extreme Couponing & Bargains page.

She wrote: “I don’t usually get the bargains… but this was £40 down to £18 in B&M Bristol.”

One keen shopper tagged her friend and said: “Keep a look out please.”

While another said: “That looks so good!”

At the time of writing, the product is also on sale for £18, though the B&M website said it was originally £30 online – that’s still a 40% saving.

Shoppers will need to be quick though as B&M has noted the product is very low in stock.

If you aren’t able to get it, do shop around as there’ll be something similar elsewhere.

And you may be able to get it for cheaper.

For example, Argos is selling a very similar one for £37 while Smyths Toys is selling one for £29.

Of course, it’s only a steal if you’re after the item anyway.

It comes just as B&M launched a closing down sale ahead of shutting the doors of some of its stores.

Shoppers have been rushing to snap up some of the big discounts with one calling it “the best day” of her life.

B&M had previously announced its Widnes branch will be relocating today (May 17).

News of the closing down sale has been shared on social media with shoppers itching to get their hands on some bargains.

How can I save money at B&M?

If you’re a B&M regular and looking for some money-saving tips, we’ve got you covered.

Your first port of call should be Facebook groups such as B&M Bargains, Extreme Money Saving Deals and More and Bargain Lovers & Interesting Finds – Home Bargains, Amazon, B&M and More.

Combined, they have hundreds of thousands of members who share the best deals and cheap finds they’ve spotted in-store and online.

Meanwhile, it’s worth liking B&M’s Facebook and Instagram pages where it regularly shares items on sale.

Plus, you could heed the advice of LatestDeals, which recommends downloading the B&M app.

It comes with a tool you can use to scan barcodes and find bargains.

This is because B&M often drops prices on items without updating its price tags.
