The post was met with over 800 comments with people calling the price “unbelievable” and a “bargain“.

It claims to seat two people comfortably and has a seat width of 120cm.

The bench is only available in B&M stores that sell outdoor furniture, which are usually those with garden centres.

There are 221 shops with garden centres built in in the UK.

You can check the availability of the bench online using the stock checker.

The bench was previously listed in May 2022 for £100 and since then it’s been discounted to £5 before having another 60% knocked off.

We have asked B&M how many stores are selling the bench for £2 and will update this story when we hear back.

Comments on the posts on social media suggest that the discount is an annual occurrence.

Several shoppers said they managed to pick up the same bench for £5 last year.

The bargain price is likely only available in stores that are clearing old stock so it’s best to call ahead to avoid disappointment.

You can find your nearest B&M using the store locator tool on its website.

Similar benches are also available in store but are not discounted yet, they cost £149 each.

We also found different models from the same brand and they are all being sold for around that price too.

It always pays to compare prices so you know you’re getting the best deal.

The £2 cost at B&M is the lowest prices we found but it’s always worth having a look yourself for the top bargain.

Prices can also vary day to day and by what deals are on at the time, plus remember you might pay for delivery if you’re ordering online.
