And if this wasn’t already a dream job, Silentnight will also throw in a free one-year Netflix subscription for your time.

You also get to keep all the test products you’re sent.

Silentnight is looking for five people in total, with each person being sent a bespoke “snuggle bundle” worth up to £600.

The “snuggle bundle” will be based on your height and weight and will include mattresses, pillows, duvets and blankets.

If you’re chosen, you’ll be expected to test the products for three to four weeks. Silentnight will then get in contact for feedback.

In the job description, Silentnight says it’s looking for “snuggle enthusiasts to take on the once in a lifetime opportunity to sleep on the job”.

It continues: “Of course, the role involves working nights, early mornings and some undercover work.”

You can apply online through the Silentnight website, with applications closing on December 1.

As part of the application process, you’ll need to say why you should be a sleep tester.

Silentnight told The Sun that applicants will be picked shortly after December 1, with the chosen testers expected to start right away.

However, demand is expected to be extremely high for this job.

Kat Collins, senior brand manager for Silentnight said: “With the long dark winter nights ahead we’re looking for a new ‘pyjama army’ to provide vital feedback on our products.

“Sleepers come in all shapes and sizes, with different wants, needs and personal preferences, so our ‘snuggle bundles’ will be bespoke to each recruit

“As part of our mission to change how people sleep for the better, we’re looking for applicants who take sleep seriously.”

Other once-in-a-lifetime jobs include getting paid £300 to drink prosecco – and you get a year’s free supply too.

And in the summer, wine drinkers could get paid £250 to taste and review booze.

Christmas jobs 2020: earn extra cash working for Tesco, Royal Mail and Amazon.
