HUNDREDS of Amazon users have reported problems accessing the shopping giant’s services this morning.
A major outage means Alexa is down and some shoppers can’t check-out online.
Users started reporting issues on Downdetector from 8am this morning.
Over 400 users have reported problems on the site.
Some shoppers are having trouble getting onto the online marketplace, while almost 50% of the reported issues are coming from the shopping giant’s app too.
But another fifth of shoppers can’t even complete their orders when it comes time to check-out either, according to Downdetector.
The main website appears to be operational, and shoppers shouldn’t run into too much trouble completing their orders now.
But plenty households that have Amazon devices plugged in have reported issues with Alexa and more, too, and the issues are ongoing.
On Twitter users complained that the virtual assistant wasn’t working as they woke up this morning, and others with Ring Doorbells installed have faced similar issues.
One said: “All my Alexa devices are non functional this morning. My internet is fine, the problem is just Amazon devices.”
Another said: “Anyone else’s Amazon not working? Cannot get my Prime working or Firestick working at all.”
A third said: “I’ve got five Amazon devices in the house on two different Wifi systems, all offline.”
And another said: “Amazon everything has gone down since 7am, my house has stopped working.”

Amazon customers aren’t the only ones to have been left frustrated as of late as major services go down.
