Many of the treats are seasonally-themed, but once the wrapper has been discarded it’s just classic Cadbury’s chocolate.

The prices are low but you should also factor in the delivery costs of buying directly from Cadbury’s.

The standard delivery fee is £3.99, rising to £8 if you choose Saturday or Sunday, so make sure that doesn’t cancel out your saving.

You should also always compare prices before making a purchase to double check that you’re getting the best deal.

The cheapest item in the sale is the Halloween-themed Mini Oreo spooky bags, which are reduced by 94% from £2.50 to 15p.

A big Oreo biscuit tin is half-price at £2.50, compared to its original £5 price tag.

Meanwhile, a 95g Dairy Milk bar, with either gingerbread or orange flavour, is just 49p down from £1.49.

You can pick up a 600g tub of Roses or Heroes for just £5 in the sale.

Cadbury’s has knocked more than 50% off the price of a box of 20 milk and white chocolate Dairy Milk bars, which are now £13, down from £28.40.

If chocolate’s not your thing, there’s also a Liquorice Allsorts novelty jar, stuffed full of the sweets, reduced from £5.19 to £2.99.

If you’re planning on buying ahead for next Christmas, bear in mind that the retailer has not advertised the best before dates of the products.

That means you can’t be certain they’ll still be good to eat by the end of the year.

Cadbury’s recently announced that shoppers can win up to £10,000 if they find a hidden Creme Egg in stores as it gears up for Easter.

But Brits are already getting ready for next Christmas, with one shopper sorting their decorations a year early with a £22 B&M haul.

Another shopper at the bargain store got a £182 sale haul for just £64.
